Email an account-deletion requestOpens your email app. If it does not open, write to the address above with the subject “VAREN account deletion”. Sending an email starts a request; it does not immediately delete an account. Never send passwords or session tokens.

1. Request deletion by email
Email lndcorpgames@gmail.com with the subject “VAREN account deletion”. You can begin without opening or installing the game. You do not need to pay or make a purchase.
Include the character nickname and realm, and say whether the account has a linked email address. If useful, include the account email or QA Account ID to help locate it. These details alone do not prove ownership. Do not send passwords, access or refresh tokens, email-confirmation links, payment information or unnecessary identity documents.
The email button opens your email application. It does not send a message automatically or instantly delete your account. If the button does not work, send a message manually to the address above using the same subject.
2. In-app request and ownership verification
Where available, open Settings → About → Privacy / Request account deletion, or the online Account / Copy QA ID panel → Privacy / Request account deletion. Submit the request from the account you want deleted. The in-app confirmation records a request; it is not proof that erasure has already been completed. If that service is unavailable, use email.
We verify ownership before changing or deleting an account. A valid authenticated request can identify the signed-in account. For email requests, we may ask you to confirm through the existing account session or its normal account-recovery process. We do not treat an address or account ID typed into an email as sufficient proof. We ask only for the additional information necessary for verification and will not ask you to send session secrets.
For a guest account without a verified recovery email, keep its existing signed-in session. If you have lost that session, explain the situation to support. A public account ID alone cannot establish ownership, and recovery or verification of a lost guest account cannot be guaranteed.
Uninstalling the app, signing out, clearing local data or deleting a local file does not delete the online account. Do not discard a guest session before you have a working verification route.
3. Data covered
Account deletion covers the authentication account and sessions, characters and Cloud Saves, inventory, equipment, virtual resources, social connections and guild memberships, messages, public-profile/ranking references and other data associated with that account. Shared historical records may have the deleted account's identifying references removed instead of deleting another player's information.
Other players' accounts and shared guilds are not automatically deleted. Support reviews guild leadership and other dependencies before completing erasure. A dependency needs to be resolved safely; submitting a deletion request does not itself reassign a guild or change other players' progress.
Once erasure is completed, normal sign-in cannot recover the deleted account's progress or items. Files you exported outside the app remain under your control; remove those separately if no longer needed.
4. Response time, completion and exceptions
For GDPR rights requests we respond without undue delay and normally within one month of receiving your request. If the complexity or number of requests justifies an extension, we can extend the response period by up to two further months and inform you within the initial month, explaining why. Where the right to erasure applies, we handle it without undue delay. We explain any refusal or necessary limited retention and your right to challenge it.
The response deadline is not a guarantee that every backup or provider security record is physically removed within 30 days. We do not advertise a verified 30-day maximum for all copies when the active system and provider settings have not established it. A recorded request, active-account erasure and handling of external copies are separate stages.
Limited records can be retained where necessary for a specific legal obligation, security investigation or establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim. Such a purpose must be identified and limited to the information it needs. It is not an automatic reason to keep the entire account. We explain applicable exceptions when responding.
5. Backups and email copies
Provider backups follow their configured cycle; manual exports and server snapshots require explicit deletion. A snapshot does not automatically expire after 30 days. Deleted data can remain in an earlier copy until that copy is retired. Completed erasures must be reapplied before any restored copy returns to use. We do not promise immediate selective erasure from every backup or an unverified maximum backup period.
Support messages are handled through Gmail. Mail does not expire from the inbox merely because it is 30 days old. Deleted mail normally remains in Trash for up to 30 days unless permanently removed sooner; Google has additional deletion and backup processes. Support correspondence and provider copies require handling separately from the active game account.
